1. Order Terms
- Minimum order quantity is 10 jerseys per order.
- All jersey dimensions, colours, and designs are as specified at time of order.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment or COD confirmation.
- CricketDress.com reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
2. Production & Delivery
Standard production and delivery time is 7–12 working days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be available at additional cost. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, national holidays, or force majeure events.
3. Customisation & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for verifying all player names, jersey numbers, sizes, and design selections before confirming the order. Once production begins, changes cannot be accommodated. We will share a digital mockup for approval before production where feasible.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance payment or COD is required to confirm orders.
- Prices are inclusive of 5% GST. GST invoice will be provided.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking via Razorpay, and cash on delivery.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
As jerseys are custom-made with personalised names and numbers, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect production on our part. If you receive defective or incorrect jerseys, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace defective jerseys at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, team names, or artwork submitted for printing. CricketDress.com is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party logistics, or colour variations due to display calibration differences.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
